Returns & Refund Policy

Return Policy – Transit Related 

If you are unhappy with the product purchased by you for either of the following reasons/defects, then you will be entitled for a replacement of the product:

 

a)      Transit damage

b)      Wrong product/ model/ colour/ make received.

 

You must place a request with us for replacement of a product (for either of the above reasons only) within the first ten (10) days from the date of product receipt. Requests for replacement of any product placed after ten (10) days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. FAD-Essentials reserves the right to send a replacement product of similar value and design within the same device or product line as the original purchase. In case of transit damage, scanned image of outer package and the product is required to file for replacement. Please send it on our email at support@fadessentials.in In case of Wrong product/ model/ colour/ make received, scanned image of the product is required for replacement. Please send it on our email at support@fadessentials.in 

We only deal with Accessories and any device shown in the listing is not part of the package and it is only to provide customers with a better depiction of the product design for the respective device.

 

Return Policy – Manufacturing Defects

At FAD-Essentials, we offer One Month Limited Warranty on all the products sold, commencing from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

If any manufacturing defect arises and a ‘Valid Claim’ is received during the Warranty Period, FAD-Essentials may, at its discretion and subject to the following paragraphs, replace the product purchased by you with a product that is within the same device or product line as the original product. The warranty claim has to be reported to FAD-Essentials via email to support@fadessentials.in 

If we are unable to replace for non-availability of stock or required colour, the buyer is required to return back the product and we will process the refund within 7 days of receipt of the product. The return shipping will be booked by FAD-Essentials and shipping label sent to buyer. The buyer only needs to repack the product and affix the shipping label and handover the same to the reverse pick up courier.

The buyer can opt for a replacement option, instead of refund, only once for the same order. We will not be able to accept a second time replacement or refund once a replacement option is exercised in the first instance.

Refund , if any, will be issued back to the same account as used to place a prepaid order or to his / her GPAY account as authorized. In case of a Cash on Delivery order, the buyer is required to send an email from his registered mail id to support@fadessentials.in giving details of the bank account / GPAY account for transfer. 

 

Our Warranty Policy does not cover product damages that may have occurred from normal wear and tear or misuse/ abuse or modification of the product or damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, use of the product not in accordance with product instructions, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence. The Warranty Policy also does not cover damage to your device resulting from the use of any FAD-Essentials product. The actual products may differ from those shown/ described on the FAD-Essentials website and FAD-Essentials does not warranty that the products purchased by you will be exactly as shown/ described on the website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAD-Essentials is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the product.

Refund of Cancelled Orders

Order cancellation request prior to Shipment - The order will be cancelled and full refund of the prepaid order value will be issued to the source account or in some cases to the UPI account as given by the buyer.

Order cancellation request post Shipment -  the buyer is required to reject the order at the time of delivery and once the product returns back to us,  from the courier, the same will be checked and full refund of the prepaid order value issued to the source account or in some cases to the UPI account as given by the buyer. In case the buyer accepts the shipment even after raising a cancellation request, the order has to be shipped back by the buyer in the same condition to our address and the cost of return shipment will be borne by the buyer. Once the return order is received by us, the same will be checked and refund of the prepaid order value issued to the source account or in some cases to the UPI account as given by the buyer.
